Ingredients

How to make it

  • Chill four ounce glasses in fridge before making ganache.
  • Mix chocolate with cream in large glass bowl or measuring glass and microwave on high for one minute, stirring well until combined and satiny in appearance. This is your ganache!
  • In a cooled four ounce glass, make layers of ice cream, chocolate ganache, the extra whipped cream and top with sprinkled cinnamon.
  • For the alcoholic shots, add your ganache, the alcohol and then top with whipped cream. You can reverse it too. You can even mix it all up together and enjoy it that way.
  • The shot glasses work well but they are quite small. Sure, sure, I suppose its small enough for alcohol but never big enough for a Chocoholic! We don't drink alcohol but we do serve this with great success to friends who do drink. They love it! And try layering it in different ways. Its all up to your imagination! Enjoy!
