Mmm that is lovely.

Ok, I am impressed with your recipes, especially this one. I love chicken livers, usually breaded and sauteed, served with a bordelaisse sauce!

This one sounds terrific! i can't wait to try it.

Thanks for wanting to be friends. I love your chicken liver recipe. Its very close to my own. I just might make your recipe from now on!

Toasted sesame oil for the sauteed onions -- Wow, that sounds really good :0

Sounds great. It sure beats a slice of commercial liver sausage. Thanks.

Now, this is a great recipe. I can't wait to try it. Love chicken livers. You sure got a '5' from me. Thanks

This is great! Chicken livers aren't so popular, so it's hard to find good recipes. Thanks for sharing this one.

I used to have chopped liver at "bubzie's" house when I was a kid.. brings back memories... hers was more of a paste consistancy I don't know how she did it (way before food processers). I want to make this but I know no one in my house will eat it. guess thats what happens when a nice jewish girl marries sicillian ;0

Hi, Jack...

Even though I am not a chicken liver fan, my hubby is and I've been searching for just the right one. This sounds excellent. Thanks!

I'm from Long Island and I've had more than my share of chopped liver so I know that this is a great recipe! Thanks!

I like chicken livers but this sounds like it doesn't have much visual appeal.
