Moms Mississippi Mud Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Cake:

2 c sugar

1 c margarine or butter

2 T cocoa

4 eggs

1 1/2 cup flour

1 c walnuts

1 c coconut

Middle:

7 oz. jar of marshmallow cream

Icing:

1 lb powdered sugar

1/2 c margarine or butter

1/2 c canned milk

1/2 c cocoa or less

1 t vanilla

Directions

Mix cake ingredients together and bake in 13x9 cake pan at 350* for 30 min.

Take from the oven, while hot, spread marshmallow cream on top.

Let cool then top with icing mixture.
