This cheesecake is called barebottom cheesecake because it doesn't need a crust. It is a light fluffy cheesecake with a hint of lemon. I just served this for dessert last week and my friends loved it.

Let me know how you like it if you make it. I have made this particular cheesecake 3 times and it has always come out perfectly. Just make sure that it cools off in the oven for an hour before moving it to room temperature.

I was looking over the recipe and noticed that in the ingredients you say to have a cup of sour cream, but in the directions, you don't mention adding it. Could you tell me when to add it, please??

This looks wonderful!
I was also wondering about the addition of the sour cream. I'm assuming it's blended in the cream cheese mixture before the egg yolks but it'd be great to know for sure.
