    Is there a problem with Bisquick? :) Honestly, my feeling is that if it works, use it! I love these little sausage bites and I've never taken them anywhere when they weren't the first to disappear!

    Making them with homemade turkey sausage helps the grease factor in these. And it tastes just as good.

    I love these little gems! Since I don't eat pork I make them with homemade turkey or beef sausage and they're just as tasty as the original recipe. As for the Bisquick, I won't yell at you for it, either. I use a homemade baking mix but have bought Bisquick a few times and it's not too bad. And the cheese dip idea sounds very yummy!

    I would NEVER yell at you for liking Bisquik...I can't imagine anything more cruel. ;o)

    However,I DO like the cheese dip idea !!!! :o))))
