I love these little gems! Since I don't eat pork I make them with homemade turkey or beef sausage and they're just as tasty as the original recipe. As for the Bisquick, I won't yell at you for it, either. I use a homemade baking mix but have bought Bisquick a few times and it's not too bad. And the cheese dip idea sounds very yummy!
