    ohhhh, yesss, Dave. love it! will be good for tomorrow - market day - spinach to be had...wonderful. i'll probably eat it out in the kitchen by myself - the others can eat whatever else i'm making *ggg*. no, seriously, this is dishy! and i WILL share it.

    I've had this made with kale, it's also really good that way. The kale has more substance than the spinach and is really pretty on the plate, too.
