1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 lb fresh spinach, large stems removed, roughly chopped.

1 Tbsp sugar (I used brown)

1 Tbsp soy sauce (I used low sodium)

Salt - to taste

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

I've had this made with kale, it's also really good that way. The kale has more substance than the spinach and is really pretty on the plate, too.
