3 Tbsp dark sesame oil

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 lb fresh spinach, large stems removed, roughly chopped.

1 Tbsp sugar (I used brown)

1 Tbsp soy sauce (I used low sodium)

Salt - to taste

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
