Adobo Marinade

- Adobo marinade shopping list
- 3 oranges shopping list
- 1 lime shopping list
- 2-3 canned chipotle chilies or to taste shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- ½ tsp cumin (I prefer ground, but can use seeds) shopping list
- ½ tsp black pepper shopping list
- 2 TB red wine vinegar shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Juice the oranges and lime into a blender. Finely chop chilies and garlic and add to juice. Add remaining ingredients into the blender. Process until mixture is well blended.
- Makes enough marinade for 1 ½ to 2 pounds of meat or chicken.
