Ingredients
- 2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts( if making crunchy peanut butter) shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor, process the 2 cups of peanuts and salt until smooth and spreadable (about 5 minutes) Stopping occasionally to scrape down sides
- If making crunchy peanut butter, add chopped peanuts now and stir in
- Put in covered container and refrigerate
- Will keep up to a month
