Ingredients
- 24 Large mushrooms, about 2 inches in diameter
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 clove of garlic,minced
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2/3 cup of fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Rinse and drain mushrooms,removestems ,keep caps
- chop stems to make 1 cup
- in a med. pan cook the chopped stems, green onions, and garlic in butter until tender
- Stir in bread crumbs and cheese
- spoon mixture into caps
- Place caps in 15x10 baking pan
- bake at 425F for8-10 mins or until heated though

There's no "bad" way to eat a mushroom, and stuffed is one of my favorite ways - will give these a whirl next time I've got some stuffers on hand...sound delish!
