Lick your lips Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse and drain mushrooms,removestems ,keep caps
  • chop stems to make 1 cup
  • in a med. pan cook the chopped stems, green onions, and garlic in butter until tender
  • Stir in bread crumbs and cheese
  • spoon mixture into caps
  • Place caps in 15x10 baking pan
  • bake at 425F for8-10 mins or until heated though

    I adore stuffed mushrooms....I always use parm and mozz cheese I'll have to try cheddar!

    There's no "bad" way to eat a mushroom, and stuffed is one of my favorite ways - will give these a whirl next time I've got some stuffers on hand...sound delish!
