Hot, bubbly cheesy bread recipe a friend gave to me. Once you've tried you'll want again!

- 2 tbl. spoons good mayo
- 2 tbl. spoons softened butter
- 1 clove of garlic pressed to paste
- 1 1/2 cups feta cheese
- 1 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated monteray jack cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix everything together (saving some parmesan for top)
- spread on some good bread
- bake or broil untill bubbly
- 475 degrees 12 minutes give or take

OH MY GOODIE! This is wonderful! We used to get bread like this at a restaurant, the only difference is, they put a layer of blue cheese dressing on the bread and everything else went on top....Great post
