• I already knew that parsley was great for softening the skin and has been used as a toner (pores) but when I read that the tea I love which is Rooibos is also great for the skin, topically I decided to combine the two together instead of the basic 1 cup of boiling water you use 1 cup hot rooibos tea. shopping list
• So here is the first recipe shopping list
• parsley skin toner: shopping list
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
• 1 cup hot rooibos ( green tea is great for the skin too) shopping list
• In a medium bowl, place the parsley and cover it with your hot tea. Allow to cool then strain and pour into a clean jar with a lid. When you want to use, apply to your face with a cotton ball. shopping list
• lemon Toner for oily or combination skin: shopping list
• 1 lemon squeezed into a glass jar shopping list
• 1 cup distilled water shopping list
• 1/3 cup good quality witch hazel shopping list
• In your jar, combine ingredients. Before each use shake, again apply with a cotton ball. shopping list
• Here is a great mask for oily skin shopping list
• cucumber lemon Mask: shopping list

• 1/2 organic cucumber, chopped shopping list
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice shopping list

• In blender, combine ingredients until blended well. Place in fridge for a half hour, then apply to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Then splash your face with cold water to close pores. shopping list
• Facial scrub ( my favorite) shopping list
• 1/4 cup organic oats shopping list
• 1/4 cup sliced raw almonds shopping list
• goats milk shopping list
• In food processor, grind your oats and almonds until powder like. Next add just enough goats milk to form a thick paste. Apply to your face and neck, gently massaging, you can leave on for 5-6 minutes also. Rinse with luke-warm water. shopping list
