Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Toss to coat.
  • Arrange the beans in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
  • Roast, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring once, until the beans begin to brown.
  • Serve hot as a vegetable side dish or cooled as a snack.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers.

    Oh my...We love soy beans! What a terrific new way to prepare.
    My grandfather had a HUGE farm in Kansas. Among others, he grew soy beans for export. I asked if I could try one when I was little and he told me they were inedible for humans.
