Beignets

                    - 1 pkg. yeast- (1/4 c) shopping list
- 1 1/2 c warm water shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 c evaporated milk shopping list
- 7 c bread flour shopping list
- 1/4 c soft butter shopping list
- oil for frying (375 degrees) shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it 
                    - combine yeast, water, & sugar-let proof( become frothy) -if you are using yeast fron the fridge you must let it get to room temp.
- mix ,eggs, milk ,salt , butter and proofed yeast
- add first 4 c flour
- mix
- add rest of flour
- mix
- cover the dough & let sit overnight in the fridge
- punch it down
- roll it out onto a floured surface
- cut into 4" x 4" squares
- fry
- lay on rack to drain
- sift powdered sugar over beignets while still hot
- ENJOY!
