10 Minute Lasagna Recipe
Quick n Easy lasagna that looks and tastes like you went to a lot of trouble. Easy easy easy and tast!! From Sara Moulton.

Ingredients
  • 1 26-ounce jar pasta sauce
  • 1 30-ounce bag frozen large cheese ravioli, unthawed
  • 1 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 8-ounce bag shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and spoon in a third of the sauce.
  3. Arrange 12 ravioli on top and scatter the spinach over them.
  4. Top with half of each cheese.
  5. Cover with another layer of ravioli and the remaining sauce and cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until bubbly.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
  9. * This is a great recipe to make the day before. When you get home, you can just remove from the refrigerator and put it in the oven to finish cooking

I love this recipe, I do mine with cooked Italian sausage thrown in the mix and I cook it right on the stove top...covered on low....as long as the skillet is spritzed very well with non-stick.
