Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup
  • Finely chop 1 cup peaches and set aside
  • In blender, combine remaining peaches, butter, eggs and reserved peach syrup and lemon juice.
  • Blend until just smooth
  • Stir together dry ingredients
  • Add egg mixture and stir until moistened
  • Fold in reserved peaches & nuts
  • Bake in greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan for ONE HOUR
  • Spread with peach preserves
  • Cool in pan 10 minutes
  • Remove & cool on rack
