Maghritta With Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Place both halves of the bread cut side up on a cookie sheet
  • spread the Sun Dried Tomato Pesto on one half of bread
  • drizzle the other half of the bread with the Olive oil ans sprinkle with sea salt
  • Sprinkle with a tablespoon of Romano cheese
  • Place the Mozzarella on top of the bread with the olive oil
  • Top with torn up Basil
  • Place into the oven until cheese is melted about 15 minutes
  • Top with Vine Ripe Tomatoes
  • Cover and divide into 3 equal sections,

    YUM!! what about your fast ? I will be making this sandwich- not exact because my husband has to have meat but everything else will be the same, of course it's going to be great. I love how you use the brine in your recipe, I do that too, I love kalamata olives and alway save the brine for marinades and dressings.
