There are many Maid Rites, but this is a goody made right, piled high!

- Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
Directions
- Simmer hamburger and onion. Do not brown. Add other ingredients
- and simmer. Served piled on buns with ketchup, pickle and mustard, if desired.
