Ingredients

1 TBS. each of dried-rosemary-oregano-powdered sage - powdered ginger and paprika

2 TBS. garlic and onion salt and powdered chicken bouillon

1 tsp.marjoram

1 1/2 tsp. thyme

3TBS. packed brown sugar and dry minced parsley

1 tsp. pepper

1 pkg. lipton cup-a-soup mix

Directions

place all ingredients in a blender with on/off speed for 3-4 minutes to pulverize,or rub through a fine strainer.

store in an air tight container so as to not loose potency. makes 3/4 cup.

to use;add 1 ounce(4 TBS.) to flour for coating chicken.

Black Pepper, 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper, Pinch Ground Dry, Mustard, Pinch Mace, Pinch Cinnamon, Pinch Cardamom, Pinch Allspice, Pinch Ground Clove, Pinch Ginger. Dust chicken with seasoning then dredge in flour. That way you don't lose any of your flavoring in the grease and you don't burn your spices (paprika burns easily).
