This is an incredible recipe and so different from the usual corn casserole. Who would ever think to put salami, cinnamon with Gouda? I know, different, but try it, you will think you have died and gone to heaven. Decadence.

It sounds wonderful! I'm going to hold off on trying it until I have garden fresh ripe tomatoes to use -- but you get my five just based on how I think this is going to taste -- what a great flavor combination!

I love foods with unusual combinations. I have seen quite often where chefs add a touch of cinnamon to their cooking...makes people wonder "what is that?" like Rachael Ray says. You got my 5

A lot of African recipes us e a pinch of cinnamon when cooking beef. It does come out really wonderful. Maybe it's like the South Americans using chocolate with chicken, another pleasurable taste sensation. Thanks for sharing!
