My Buffalo Wings

- 3lbs chicken wings,tip discarded and wing cut in two sections or 24 wing sections shopping list
- 2T vegetable oil shopping list
- salt and ground pepper shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 1/2c hot red pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/2c mayonaisse shopping list
- I use shopping list
- 1/2c Frank"s hot sauce shopping list
- 1/3c butter shopping list
How to make it
- Adjust oven rack to upper middle and heat to 450. Set large rack over foil-lined jelly roll pan. Toss wings in a bowl with oil,salt and pepper. Arrange single layer on rack. Roast till golden 40-60 mins.
- Dump wings in the sauce;toss to coat. pour rendered fat from the pan;turn wings onto foil-lined pan and seperate with a fork. Continue to roast until glaze is set;8-10 mins longer
- Sauce
- Either mix mayo and hot sauce or melt butter and mix with Frank"s
