I Love This Fish Recipe

An easy way to prepare a delicious fish. This is my personal favourite in the oven or BBQ. You can use any fish you want . My favourites are seabass or baby Salmon. Extremely healthy, (but not for the fish). Good for the heart in more ways than one

- Any good whole cleaned fish. (1 per person)
- FOR FILLING: (these amounts are estimates and can be changed according to taste).
- 1 package of thinly chopped parsley
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin Olive Oil
- 5-6 crushed cloves of Garlic .
Directions
- Place fish on a sheet of aluminium foil
- Mix all the other ingredients together
- Cover both sides of fish with mixture and put the rest of it inside tummy. (meantime the fish's, Yours later).
- Fold over sides of aluminium foil and pinch closed to seal .
- Place on baking tray for about 45 minutes at 180*c - 200*c
- Serve with a nice green salad and a Good white wine

This is the ONLY way to make fish but with one difference for me..I put mine on the charcoal grill.
