Don't you love the name of this?! I've been making this for YEARS and got it from Bon Appetit who got it from The Scottish Lion Inn in New Hampshire. So good!

My Mom did this one in her Resturant. I don't know where she got the recipe but it was fantasic. It was the first thing gone on Sunday.She died last October so I can't ask her and it was not in her recipes file.

I have had this at The Scottish Lion....it's wonderful. They actuallly have the recipe pre-printed and ready to go because everyone asks for it!
