- Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room on both sides. shopping list
- Hold a 5-lb potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax. shopping list
- Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer. shopping list
- After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato sacks. Be patient. Then, after another couple weeks, try 50-lb potato sacks. shopping list
- Eventually, try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato sack in each hand while holding your arms straight for more than a full minute. (I'm at this level). shopping list

Another great excercise for losing weight is as follows:
1) Move your head to the left.
2) Move your head to the right.
3) Repeat first two stages
4) Return head to centre
Do this excercise every time someone offers you food ...moreronnymarcus in Jerusalem loved it
