Okay Ana...I made this for lunch today, and it was very good. I didn't have much luck with the actual preparation as directed(my onions didn't stay together...if they had, they'd have burned :(...but that's not a problem, I just let 'em fall apart. It was surprisingly sweet...the dressing is sweet and the onions are so sweet once they are done. I hope you don't mind the photo, even without the onions intact. ;)
