Triggers Flame Thrower Salsa

- 3 cups chopped, seeded, cored tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cups chopped habanero peppers shopping list
- 2 cups chopped onions shopping list
- 6cloves garlic shopping list
- 3 tablespoons minced cilantro shopping list
- 2 teaspoons oregano shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sea salt shopping list
- ½-teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1 to 1 ¼ cups cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Bring mixture to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
- Ladle hot into pint jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
- Adjust lids and process in a boiling water canner:
- 15 minutes at 0-1,000 feet altitude
- 20 minutes at 1,001-6,000 feet
- 25 minutes above 6,000 feet.
- * wear latex or rubber gloves when preparing hot peppers to prevent hands from being burned!
