- Wonderful healthy Sauteed chicken in a Light mustard-Creme Sauce shopping list
- A Fabulous Light mustard-creme sauce. shopping list

- 4 (6-oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 cup half n half cream (try to find the low-fat one). shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. chopped dried tarragon shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and saute until cooked through, about 10 - 12 minutes, turning once.
- Transfer to a plate; cover to keep warm.
- Pour wine or chicken broth into hot skillet; cook, stirring until reduced by half, about 1 minute.
- Whisk in the half n half cream, mustard and tarragon.
- Whisk until thickened.
- Pour any accumulated chicken juices into sauce.
- Before serving, drizzle cream sauce over chicken.
- Wonderful with cooked asparagus and/or rice.

Super good! I have also used the fat-free 1/2 & 1/2 in many recipes. It's very good and a great way to cut an already low-fat recipe down even more! Thanks for this I may have to make it this week!
