Cream Cheese Spreads

- garlic/Onion Spread shopping list
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (we use reduced fat or fat free) shopping list
- 1 t. minced onion (we like them micro-planed) shopping list
- 1 t. minced garlic (we like these micro-planed, too) shopping list
- 1 t. worchestershire sauce shopping list
- Olive Spread shopping list
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 20 pimento stuffed green olives shopping list
- 1 T. olive "juice" from the jar shopping list
- Veggie Spread shopping list
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 T. dehydrated mixed veggies shopping list
- 1/4 t. dry dill weed shopping list
- 1 T. soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Garlic/Onion Spread
- Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.
- Whip that until very soft and creamy.
- Add onion, garlic and worchestershire sauce.
- Blend well.
- Store in air tight container.
- Olive Spread
- Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.
- Whip that until very soft and creamy.
- Add olives and "juice."
- Blend until olives are just little bits of color in the cream cheese.
- Store in air tight container.
- Veggie Spread
- Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.
- Whip that until very soft and creamy.
- Add veggies, soy sauce and dill.
- Blend well.
- Store in air tight container.
