Ingredients

Garlic/Onion Spread

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (we use reduced fat or fat free)

1 t. minced onion (we like them micro-planed)

1 t. minced garlic (we like these micro-planed, too)

1 t. worchestershire sauce

Olive Spread

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

20 pimento stuffed green olives

1 T. olive "juice" from the jar

Veggie Spread

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 T. dehydrated mixed veggies

1/4 t. dry dill weed

1 T. soy sauce

Directions

Garlic/Onion Spread

Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.

Whip that until very soft and creamy.

Add onion, garlic and worchestershire sauce.

Blend well.

Store in air tight container.

Olive Spread

Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.

Whip that until very soft and creamy.

Add olives and "juice."

Blend until olives are just little bits of color in the cream cheese.

Store in air tight container.

Veggie Spread

Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.

Whip that until very soft and creamy.

Add veggies, soy sauce and dill.

Blend well.

Store in air tight container.

Love these! I'm always happy to see olives and cream cheese as a spread or dip....my Mom used to make cream chease and olive sandwiches for me, when I was growing up(soemthing she learned at a restaaurant on Gay St in Knoxville when she was just out of high school and working downtown). Anyway, I still love them to this day, and none of my friends have ever heard of it! LOL They think I'm crazy! Hadn't thought about the dehyrated veggie mixes before, great idea! Thanks for sharing.
