Stuffed Pepper Soup

- 2lbs. ground beef shopping list
- I envelope dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1 can (28 ounces) tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 cups white rice, cooked shopping list
- 2 cups green peppers, chopped shopping list
- 2 beef bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 4 tbls. cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups of water shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan, brown beef and drain
- Add dry soup and stir
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender
