This can be baked instead of fried, if you want it to be a little more on the healthy side! Tastes just as good either way!

I have tried to make my MIL's version without success.. but If I have honey I might take a stab at this one. all the Stufoli that I have ever had was in small ball-like shape. It is one of my favorites. Thanks

I, too, love family traditions, especially around the holidays...such fond memories, as well as sharing our foods with our loved ones while passing down a bit of history. Thank you for sharing yours - I've never had stufoli, but I want to try it now...your picture is fantastic!

Delicious way to make strufoli--less time consuming than the way I make it...you know the little balls..I'm making this version for New Year's for sure! Thanks Lillian! Happy New Year!
