Repost Of Fluffy24s Original Pizza Casserole With Pictures

This is a repost of fluffy24’s original recipe with her permission. I made it the other night with a few changes and took some pictures. It came out wonderful. That’s why I’m reposting it. From fluffy24's original post: All the flavors of a pizza, but put into a casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck beef shopping list
- 3 (7.5 ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) bottle pizza sauce shopping list
- 1 cup chopped green pepper (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional) shopping list
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional) shopping list
- 1 (3.25 ounce) package sliced pepperoni shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- Pam cooking spray shopping list
- 3 quart Pyrex baking dish shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Darin and set aside.
- Spray the baking dish heavy with PAM.
- Quarter the biscuits and place in into the baking dish.
- Top the biscuits with the pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle over the pizza sauce with the beef.
- If using green pepper, onion or mushrooms, sprinkle them over the beef.
- Layer the pepperoni over the top of your toppings selection.
- Sprinkle both cheeses completely over the top of the dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy
