Artichoke Chicken

- 1 - 15 oz can artichoke hearts drained and quartered shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- garlic and pepper to taste shopping list
- herbs to taste (herbes d'Provence) shopping list
- 4 boneless skinlless chicken breasts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- In a medium bowl mix artichokes hearts, mayo, parmesan cheese seasoning
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish
- Cover evenly with the artichoke mixture
- Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.

This is something I would love! Its sounds like an artichoke dip with chicken!!! Great photo! I'll be trying this one soon! Now I have to go ask Juels what she served with this!

I am back to tell you that I made this and it was very good! Some mayo melted into fat by the end of baking, but that didn't effect the chicken or the taste. Added a picture for you. Thanks for a great easy and quick recipe!
