Made With Phyllo
In Greece and Cyprus we make a lot of things with phyllo. Phyllo we call the dough which is either very thin for baklava or galaktompoureko or thick for pita (which means pie ...More s), as in spanakopita (spinach), tyropita (cheese), kreatopita (meat), chortopita (wild greens and cheese), kolokythopita (pumpkin), kotopita (chicken), eliopita (olives), tahinopita (tahini) and so many others.
