Rubs are fun to give as gifts too in a little basket with other goodies. I've made this one and really liked it.

Yes Semigourmet, I put the soup in large mason jars and usually deliver it to people when they are feeling under the weather. It keeps really well in the fridge and I believe Janet (Chuckieb) freezes it as well.
