This looks great. Now I just have to figure out where the heck to get bulgur in Australia.

That looks really good...what is bulgar?

The best plce to get bulgar, coucous etc is on the net if you do not have it near you. wonderful, colorful dish...u will love it.

You have great recipes!

This looks like a good recipe for Tabbouli. Most of them I've tried have been heavy on the grain and light on the veggies. This one looks more balanced. I think I'd like this one very much! I have the bulghur, but my mint is covered with frost at the moment! I think it will have to wait until spring!

I have a similar recipe using Quinoa you might like. This looks beautiful.

Love this and could eat it nearly every day. Thanks for the post. Cheers!

THIS LOOKS YUMMY, I HAVE GOT TO TRY IT. JO

I found Tabbouleh at wal-mart and just added the rest of the veggies, lemon juice and olive oil and I added diced cucumbers, this was really good and very easy!!!

Yummy! I've only made it from a mix before. I'll have to try your recipe instead!!!
