How to make it

  • Simmer bulgur for 5 mins in the water.
  • Cover it and let it stand off heat for 20 mins.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the cooked bulgur and toss.
  • Refrigerate a minimum of 3 hours before serving.

    I love it. a friend turned me onto this dish some 15 years ago when we were in a votect class together. The class ended and I lost touch and never got the recipe. thanks so much,

    I found Tabbouleh at wal-mart and just added the rest of the veggies, lemon juice and olive oil and I added diced cucumbers, this was really good and very easy!!!

    This looks like a good recipe for Tabbouli. Most of them I've tried have been heavy on the grain and light on the veggies. This one looks more balanced. I think I'd like this one very much! I have the bulghur, but my mint is covered with frost at the moment! I think it will have to wait until spring!
