Wow! How easy! Thanks for the post!

Henrie, sounds great! Is this the dough that comes in the little round thingies? And I guess you could use the sugar cookie dough, right?

How did you know I have two opened cans of pie filling in my refrigerator from the cheesecake we had over the weekend? LOL! What a terrific idea!

Yes you can use whatever kind of cookie dough, (cookie dough logs that you bake) actually any kind that you have to bake works fine. I think Chocolate Chip with canned Cherry pie filling is good, (chocolate and cherries always go good together) but suit yourself as the flavors you mix and match. If using cherry pie filling I always add some almond flavoring to it, makes it taste more homemade :)

I have some frozen cookie dough in the freezer, cherry pie filling in the Larder!
WoW.. sounds great!!

Yeah probably made with See's chocolate chips too huh LOL

These look good and easy!

We just had this for dessert. Oh yum! And so easy, too! I threw in some cinnamon and vanilla in with the cookie dough and oatmeal topping. Sooo delicious!

My son and daughter would Love this one...LOL me too

This is going to be great, I love the fact you can use whatever cookie dough you want, even your own. And then find an organic brand of pie filling, with low sugar and yeah! I won't feel guilty eating this all up.

Thanks so much.

Marie
