Crispy Blue Cheese Potatoes

- 1 pound of red potatoes, cut into wedges shopping list
- 1 TB olive oil shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles shopping list
- 8 oz bacon, crisply cooked, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Tos potato wedges with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish.
- Bake at 400F. oven for about 30 minutes until tender.
- Mix blue cheese, bacon and cheddar cheese; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until cheeses are melted.
