How to make it

  • Scoop the ice cream into six small coffee cups or goblets.
  • Stir together the hot coffee and rum. Slowly pour the coffee over the ice cream.
  • Serve immediately.

    Thanks for the post. I made this and only changed one thing. I put 2 TBS. of rum in each serving for Mary but 1 oz. in mine. A very tasty concoction......Bob
