Fried potatoes with Yogurt Lime Cilantro sauce

- 4 large potatoes shopping list
- 1/4 tsp Tumeric shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cumin shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- oil to fry shopping list
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- shopping list
- yogurt dip: shopping list
- 1/2 lime shopping list
- 5 tbs yogurt shopping list
- 2 tbs fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 green chillie shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1/4 inch ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Slice your potatoes, round and in thin slices
- add tumeric , salt and cumin powder and set for 2 mins.
- While your potatoes are marinating make the sauce
- Add your yogurt, cilantro, green chillie, garlic and ginger in a blender and puree
- Set aside in a bowl
- In a frying pan add your oil and heat on medium flame
- Add your potato slices one at a time and fry until golden brown and cooked and each side.
- Remove on a paper towel and pat dry
- Add to your serving plate and top with a little of your yogurt sauce
- Serve and enjoy.
- Note: You can also use this yogurt dip with your favorite chip!
