This fried rice recipe is so good the kids used to ask for THAT RICE. After about 6 months of hearing That Rice I gave up calling it Fried Rice. It is very good and very filling!

When I saw your recipe was called "that rice" I was thinking to myself, "I'll bet it's called 'that rice' because people love it and ask for it often"....and it sounds like I was right! :) I'm bookmarking this one...I make mine about the same, but adding bacon is a great idea! :) Thanks! :)

Very good, love fried rice. This is a lot like the Japanese made when I was over seas. You got my five for the great post.

I do it similarly but with spam,
it is indeed awesome, no matter what your meat!
