I got this recipe from Southern Living and it's now my favorite "Sunday potatoes" recipe. Great with ham, roast chicken or pork chops.

This is just wonderful! Those green onions are a staple in my fridge for sure. They add such a mild, delicious flavor to foods. Nothing better than some warm, cheesy, saucy potatoes for dinner!

I've made this and it is delicious and there's never any for leftovers (darn!)...ha! I love really good comfort food and this fits the bill perfectly - plus, potatoes and cheese are two of my favorite food friends. Another great post, Lisa - thanks so much!
