Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a shallow bowl or plate, combine hot sauce and mayonnaise.
  • On a separate plate, spread panko.
  • Coat chicken with sauce and then cover with panko.
  • In a well-oiled skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve with blue cheese dressing on the side.

    Made this tonight and it was a hit! Super moist! I had a hard time though keeping the panko crumbs on the chicken when frying. But tasted great nonetheless. Just not good looking for the pic. But I'll submit it anyway. I have no pride. LOL High 5 Lori for this! Your toughest critic loved it, my husband! Of course, he said "love the Tabasco flavor".

    sparow, I can see I've missed WAY too many good recipes in my absence - it will need a week to catch up on all of these...I LOVE panko crumbs, and just used them on chicken last night, but I like your version VERY MUCH - will have to try this next time around...delish!
