Egg In A Hole

Make breakfast a little more interesting fo kids of any age between 3 & 99. so easy too. Great idea for those left-over slices of bread.
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 slice of bread shopping list
- a little butter, (or margarine) shopping list
How to make it
- Put bread on cutting board and place an empty glass upside down on top of it
- With a slow circular movement, press glass down until it cuts through the slice. (you can use a knife but this is rounder and also fun for kids)
- Melt Butter and then place the bread in pan with centre ring on the side until both are golden brown
- Flip both of them over
- Put a tiny bit more Butter in hole and pour an Egg in the centre
- Dont worry if it overflows a little
- Cover pan for about another minute until white of egg has hardened enough
- Enjoy

I will definitely be trying this one this week!UPDATE: Sorry this is so late...I made this about a month ago and it was very good! Its fun to make and very easy. You get your eggs and toast all in one easy step! Hope you like my photo Ronny. :)

We call these "pirate eyes". Make sure to serve the hole propped slightly askew over the egg, that is the "eye patch".
