Stuffed Mushrooms

- 12 Large white mushrooms shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese (I use Philly light) shopping list
- milk (just add till the right consistency, not soupy, just to thin it for stuffing) shopping list
- green onions - finely minced (about 2 Tbls.) shopping list
- Crumbled bacon (I use Hormel real crumbled bacon already cooked, saves time and fat) shopping list
- Tiny salad shrimp - about 1/2 cup (fresh or frozen, thawed) shopping list
- dill weed (to taste) shopping list
- Shredded cheddar shopping list
How to make it
- Rub mushrooms with paper towel or mushroom brush to clean
- Remove stem and inner membranes
- Put mushrooms on cookie sheet
- Mix cream cheese with milk to desired consistency
- Add minced onions, bacon, dill weed, and shrimp to cream cheese mixture
- Mix together and fill into mushroom caps
- Top with shredded cheddar
- Place under broiler on middle rack till hot and cheddar is melted
- Carefully remove from cookie sheet and place on serving platter

OK, I will just have to make these and take some pics!!!!!!!! This sounds sinful. Never thought of the cream cheese. You are so bad for posting this. JJ.
