I got this recipe off the yahoo slowcooker group. Myron gets all the credit for this wonderful tasty, easy, recipe. Gets some buns and you are in business. Great game night food.

I love pepperoncini! What kind of roast to you usually use?

This sounds so tasty and easy! Yes, I would also like to know what kind of roast you use.

This was so very good! I used bottom round roast. I made it as written. I cooked it for 8 hours. After it was cooked I shredded the meat and put it back into the crock pot with all the delicious juices to keep the meat moist. Then when it was ready to serve, I put it on burger buns and drizzled it with some of the drippings. This tastes very much like corned beef. I served this with Zena's "Amish Onion Patties"...this was a great easy meal! I hope you like my photo!

I made this yesterday and it was really good. The pepperoncinis put a type of "smokey" taste into the meat, I thought. I kind of missed some herbs and/or spices though. I did put garlic cloves into the meat. Thanks so much for posting this.
