This is a unique Russian dessert that uses farina cereal for binding. Very easy to make and comes out wonderful. Has a slightly moist texture. Pears can be substituted for apples.

Farina cereal is not new to me as a cereal but I never though of it's use in a desert. How wonderful this recipe is.
