- YUMMY CHEESY WILD RICE n HAM CASSEROLE
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- 1 box wild rice mix
- 1 (10 ounces) box chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1 cup low fat sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 can mushrooms, drained (or 1 cup fresh)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise light is OK
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
- Cook rice according to directions.
- Place rice on bottom of 13x9x2 pan.
- Layer on top; broccoli, cheese, ham and mushrooms.
- Combine remaining ingredients and put on top.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- (Last 5 minutes put almonds across top)
