I heard about the menu but didn't think to look it up. I like the Molasses Whipped Sweet Potatoes, sounds wonderful! That sure is one Superb menu.

Thank you for posting this. I love recipes with history involved!We had a neighborhood pot luck party the night of the event and replayed the morning as some of us worked. I thought about making the menu but it was a weeknight so we kept it simple.
