If you'd like a thinner cream sauce just add more half 'n half or even just add some of the pasta water to the sauce!

I love white wine cream sauces and your picture is making so hungry, Lillian. Great recipe - it looks and sounds supremely comforting and tasty. High 5 and a beauty flag. Thanks so much! :) ~ Vickie

Made this one tonite and it was a big hit!! Both Bryan AND the teenage daughter loved it!! I didn't change anything. I had some mushrooms that were getting to the "use or lose" stage, and I won't be cooking tomorrow, so, I did a basic white wine/garlic/olive oil saute, and left them separate, so that we could try it the original way. It was wonderful without the mushrooms, and with them, as well. Great job. Served it with some bread with homemade garlic butter, and a salad with romain, tomatoes, cucumbers, big croutons and italian dressing. High 5, it was a great dish!

Made this the other day for dinner and it was great! We love creamy wine sauces here, so this went quite well! The sauce was just the right consistency. I didn't have any parsely in the fridge, so I topped it with some fresh basil. Added a picture.

I think the taste evaluation is true; we do seem to like a lot of the same things. I love this one. a 5 from me.
