I think I will add both flax & coconut oil. Thanks for this. You can eat it & wear it.Trying to make us beautiful on inside and out! Thank you Pink Bunny. You R a great mascot.

Interesting.....

Wow...sounds like it is jam packed with vitamins! Another beauty treatment recipe Pink, lol, I'll try this one too! :)

O0o0o an edible beauty recipe! Sounds good as a dressing but then again the cornmeal thing sounds like it WOULD make it a good body scrub. Do you know what it does for your skin? I might have to try this one out :)

The Red Door Liquid Gold Elixir Recipe, Scrub is like a skin polisher when mixed with the cornmeal. So, it is getting rid of dead skin and refining the texture of the dermis, naturally.

Aha Just realized why your skin is so pink like a baby !!! You got rid of All your dead skin & your pink dermis is exposed. This is indeed liquid gold. Thank you again for sharing. But I do also like it as my # 1 healthy salad dressing.lol

This is different...saving.

I make all my own scrubs, etc. This looks good to me for eating- not to scrub/moisturize. 1/3 cup garlic? Someone wears this garlic lotion around all day? Puey! I will try this as a dressing though- love garlic, just not all over my skin. Thanks Pink :)

I think in this case ROFL, garlic can be omitted on the Body!

This is a gotta try. Thank you!

Nice one - thanks :-)

You got my 5 Thanks JM

I think it's a great recipe, cayenne is very good for improving circulation. I have a recipe that I made for my husband after his surgery, using just warm cayenne pepper and olive oil as a salve to rub into the skin for stimulation. It helps with regrowing of the nerves, veins etc.

Ps there is red pepper, which is Cayenne. Chili powder is something else. It's chili powder a mixture of different spices :)

This is great!

Cooool...thank you!!
