I always loved cantaloupes and i really wanted to make a cantaloupe dessert. It was really great except that it should be served immediatly once out of the fridge. You can also try it with pineapple.

This looks great. Do you think you could come up with a pistachio cream cake? I have tried....haven't figured it out yet....

You've done it again! Another winner of a recipe! How unique to use cantelope in a dessert recipe. Ahmed this sounds so light and refreshing. Another perfect dessert for the spring and summer months! Thank you!

I think i am going to fnally try this out tomorrow. but i have a few questions...☺
for the canteloup cream, once its cooled, what consistency is it at and also when it is cooking. and its in a springform pan right?
by the way can i use honeydew instead?
THX!
